When a law firm registers with GrowthMetriks Law or applies for a free pilot, we collect:
- Firm name, address and registration details
- Contact person name, email address and phone number
- Practice areas and geographic coverage
- Billing information (for invoicing)
- Communication and correspondence records
2.2 Website usage data
We collect standard analytics data including page views, browser type, referring URL and approximate location via cookies and analytics tools. This data is aggregated and not linked to individuals.
2.3 Personal injury claimant data
Our platform processes personal data submitted by individuals who have voluntarily completed a case assessment online. This data is processed solely for the purpose of matching claimants with appropriate law firms. We act as a data processor in respect of claimant data and process it only in accordance with our agreements with the relevant controller.

We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the GrowthMetriks Law platform and deliver matched leads
- Manage your account and billing relationship
- Send invoices, operational updates and service communications

- Law firms on our panel — claimant case briefs are shared with the matched law firm only
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery and payment processing (acting as data processors on our behalf)

All third-party processors are subject to data processing agreements and may only process data as instructed by us.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:
- Law firm account data: retained for the duration of the relationship plus 7 years (legal/tax requirements)
- Lead and case brief data: retained for 6 years from the date of delivery
- Website analytics: retained for 26 months
