1. About Us
GrowthMetriks is a trading name of NeuroSensory Lab Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
2. Services
GrowthMetriks provides business-to-business demand generation services, including neuroscience-driven messaging, automated qualification systems, and booking infrastructure.
All services are provided exclusively on a B2B basis.
3. Performance-Based Delivery
GrowthMetriks operates on a performance-based model.
Where agreed in writing, we guarantee the delivery of the number of qualified sales meetings purchased by the client, provided the client fulfils their responsibilities under these Terms.
A “qualified sales meeting” is defined as a meeting booked with a prospect that meets the qualification criteria agreed in advance.
This guarantee applies solely to the delivery of qualified meetings and does not extend to sales outcomes, revenue generation, or conversion rates, which depend on factors outside our control, including the client’s offer, pricing, sales process, and market conditions.
If a booked meeting does not meet the agreed qualification criteria, GrowthMetriks will replace the meeting in accordance with the agreed delivery terms.
4. Eligibility
All services are subject to eligibility and qualification. GrowthMetriks reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its discretion.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information
Delivering required assets and approvals in a timely manner
Maintaining availability for scheduled sales meetings
Failure to do so may impact service delivery.
6. Payments
Fees, payment terms, and service scope are agreed prior to commencement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthMetriks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website.
8. Intellectual Property
All systems, methodologies, content, and materials remain the intellectual property of GrowthMetriks unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
9. Termination
GrowthMetriks reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in the event of a breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
